MSH applies over 40 years of management experience to integrating primary health care, including tuberculosis (TB) and family planning and malaria service, into HIV & AIDS programs around the world. We provide the full range of prevention, care, treatment, and management services in dozens of countries.
Strengthening health systems is the core of MSH’s response to the HIV epidemic. We build the capacity of public and private sector organizations to implement innovative HIV, prevention, care and treatment interventions in over 35 countries. Our work addresses all elements of the health system: service delivery; leadership and governance; medical products and pharmaceuticals, vaccines and technologies; health financing; health information and human resources. We decentralize care- from federal to local-to increase access to quality services. We integrate HIV care with other disease programming to expand value for money.
